Introduction: These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the i3R2: Innovate for Rural India event, curated by Creya Learning and Research Pvt Ltd in partnership with T-Works and Pravaha. By registering, participants agree to comply with these terms.

Eligibility: Open to high school students nominated by their schools with prior experience in Maker Fairs, STEM challenges, or innovation competitions.

Registration: No registration fee. Participants must provide accurate information during registration.

Event Phases: Includes nomination, selection, ideation & immersion, and final showdown. Participants must adhere to provided timelines and guidelines.

Intellectual Property: Submissions remain the intellectual property of participants. Creyate for India and its partners reserve the right to use submissions for promotional purposes.

Conduct: Professionalism and respect are mandatory. Misconduct may result in disqualification.

Third-Party Partners: Events and activities involving third-party partners like T-Works and Pravaha are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Liability: Creya Learning and Research Pvt Ltd, T-Works, and Pravaha are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage during the event.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable cyber laws and event regulations.

Amendments: Creya Learning and Research Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of changes, and it is their responsibility to review these terms regularly.
